We at Reborn A to Z, want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 45-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. Please note, if you select the 4 payment option we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 45 days of enrollment, contact our support team at rebornatozcourse@gmail.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 45th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 45th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The proof of work and proof of your implementation of what is taught in the course that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

  1. Doll makers new to the reborn industry must submit proof of purchase of the doll making materials prescribed by the course (as delineated in the Materials Checklist in the course)
  2. Proof of 3 dolls you completed using the Reborn A to Z Course System (including persuasive evidence that you did use the techniques and procedures demonstrated in the course – without deviation).
  3. Proof of the creation of at least 2 social media business accounts to promote your reborn doll business – with evidence of an online presence of at least 2 weeks.
  4. Proof of creation of at least 1 online shop –  e.g. Etsy or eBay etc. – with an online presence of at least 2 weeks.
  5. Screenshots of where the 3 dolls you created –  using the techniques and procedures demonstrated in the course without deviation – were listed for sale and for how long these listings were published. At least 2 listings must have been live and available for sale for at least 2 weeks without 1 successful sale, to meet this criterion.
  6. Proof all of the course material was consumed/watched in its entirety. The evidence for this lies in your account history, as tracked by our platform. That evidence alone will be decisive – independent of verbal/written claims to the contrary.

If you have met all of the above requirements, Reborn A To  Z will make its best efforts to help you sell one of your listed dolls within 2 weeks of the date of your refund request (which date is defined as the date upon which all of the above items for refund eligibility were supplied, along with the refund request), and only if these efforts ALSO fail to result in a sale, will you have met the requirements for a refund. Our goal is to help you succeed!

We will NOT provide refunds more than 45 days following the date of purchase. After day 45, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 45 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Reborn A To Z. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 45th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
